PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Kariho Glass manufactures precision display cover glass (cover lens) for electronics, automotive, medical, industrial and home appliance applications. Starting from high-grade glass substrates as thin as 0.33mm, we complete the entire process in-house: precision laser cutting, fine edge grinding and polishing, CNC drilling and notching, chemical strengthening, screen printing and optional AR/AG/AF coatings.

Chemically strengthened cover glass reaches compressive stress (CS) of 500-750MPa with a depth of layer (DOL) of 10-20um, providing excellent impact, scratch and bending resistance - several times stronger than ordinary glass. Surface hardness reaches 7H or above with high transmittance, and customized shapes, holes, slots, chamfers and printed decorations meet the most demanding design requirements. Every batch is 100% dimensionally inspected and optically checked before packing. Products comply with RoHS, REACH and HF standards. Packaging & Shipping

All glass products are protected with PE film, EPE foam spacers and strong export cartons; large-size panels are packed with corner protectors in wooden crates or fumigation-free plywood cases. Every package is labeled with product specifications, quantity and shipping marks.

Shipping: We support sea freight (FOB Shenzhen), air freight and international express (DHL / FedEx / UPS / TNT). For bulk orders we arrange container loading and provide loading photos before shipment. Estimated lead time: 15-35 days depending on quantity and process complexity.

Q: What is your MOQ?

A: Our MOQ is 100 pcs for standard products. For trial orders, samples are available first and the sample fee is refundable against bulk orders.

Q: Can you customize size, thickness and shape?

A: Yes. We offer full OEM/ODM services including custom size, thickness, shape, edge processing, screen printing and coating options. Please send your drawings or samples for quotation.

Q: What surface treatments do you provide?

A: We provide AR (anti-reflective), AG (anti-glare), AF (anti-fingerprint) and ITO/FTO conductive coatings, as well as combinations such as AG+AF and AR+AF. Haze, transmittance, water contact angle and sheet resistance can all be customized.

Q: What is your lead time?

A: Samples take 7-10 days; bulk production takes 15-35 days depending on quantity and process complexity. The exact schedule is confirmed in the PI.

Q: How do you ship the goods?

A: We ship FOB Shenzhen by sea, air or express. We will recommend the most economical shipping solution for your order and provide the tracking number once the goods are dispatched.
